Neiter, I just saw the lion and thought it'd be an awesome part of a South African flag, so I ended up doing one version with it that was'nt ideolgocial, then realized it'd be awesome as a Communist flag.

And I guess it'd be non-aligned, just having borrowed from the style for the flag, like alot of the oher 'Communist states' did, even when they ended up not liking the one or both of the Big 2.
