Number of Legislative House by Country (2014) by Iori-Komei Number of Legislative House by Country (2014) by Iori-Komei
The above shows the number of legislative houses by country, in other words it shows if a country is Unicameral or Bicameral.

Notes:

1. Saudi Arabia is the only country in the world with no legislative body, even the other Absolute Monarchies and non-democracies have Legislatures of some sort.

2. Puntland and Iraqi Kurdistan are shown as separately since while being part of another country, effectively run themselves with the national government having little to no control.

3. The Channel Islands are shown separately because of their unique status, however Autonomous area in general are not.

South Africa used to have a tricameral system, same as Revolutionary France.

I say that the Saudis should have a legislature.

The Saudi's should have a Legislature, and should be more democratic and support civil rights, but alas, they don't; the Saudi government, to use EU3 terms was basically a Tribal Despotism that became rich on oil and foreign (military) aide money and transitioned to a Despotic Monarchy.

Good map, It's a shame no country is Tricameral. It would be so interesting to study. Oh, by the way, Iraqi Kurdistan isn't shown separately like you're implying in your text.

Iraqi Kurdistan is show separately, it's just that both it and Iraq are Unicameral, and the color when on both sides washes out the administrative division color.

Pretty sure Sealand has no legislature.  I am surprised the Vatican has one too.

Those are the Channel Islands, which both are Unicameral.
