Religions of World Leaders, 2013

The above map shows the Religions (or lack there-of) of the various Leaders of the Worlds Countries and autonomous territories.


Notes:

1. The definition of World Leader is the person whom has premier power in their respective countries, so in the United States it's the President, in the UNited Kingdom it's the Prime Minister, in Saudi Arabia it's the King etc.; in some cases there are more than one Leader, in these cases it's the result of their being two equally powerful positions (Libya), while in others it's the result of the Executive being a Council, rather than a single person (Bosnia-Herzgovina).

2. In the case of Bolivia the President claims to be both Catholic Christian and a member of one of the Indigenous religions.
